Crafty Monkey's - Let's get buggy!

For our new challenge at Crafty Monkey's we would love to see your buggy creations. You can use a bug image, any image as long as it has a small bug - butterfly, ladybug, bee etc or bug embellishments.

I coloured in this cute Penny Black image which I received in a swap. I have coloured with my Whisper pens. The flowery paper was sent to me from my Mum's friend Renata. Thank you Renata! The flowers are Jolee's and I have finished my card by adding some button butterflies. I thought the little hedgehog looked like he was starring up at something.

Crafty Monkey's - Sketch by Didi

For our challenge this week over at Crafty Monkey's we have a great sketch for you to follow by the very talented Didi. Thank you so much for this wonderful sketch Didi! My cute image is High Hopes Crissy's Snuggle bear. She is so sweet! The sentiment is also HH. The paper was from my Forever Friends stack. The pretty flowers, ribbons and gems were sent to me from my crafty friends for my birthday. My Mum showed me how to chalk the edges of my image and sentiment to soften the edges.

We have a great prize for you this week which has been kindly donated by online craft store - La Boit'a Scap. We also thank Didi for arranging this wonderful prize!

Crafty Monkey's - One for the Boys!

For our new challenge this week over at Crafty Monkey's we would love to see your creations for boys/men. An ideal time to get organised and maybe make your Father's Day card. I have made my card for my Grandad's birthday which is at the end of May. The cute image used on my card is from The Greetings Farm. I coloured Ian with Copic Sketch Markers. My Mum showed me how you can tear paper which gives a good effect. The letters, papers and buttons were from Mum's stash. My stash is very girly with lots of pink!

We have a fabulous prize again this week which has been kindly donated by Boni. Thank you so much Boni for your beautiful prize.

Crafty Monkey's Challenge 22 - Pretty in Pink!

Our new challenge over at Crafty Monkey's has just started. This week we would love to see lots of Pink on your cards. You can use other colours but Pink should be the main colour. The image on my card is Hanna stamps Ballet Sophie G Moose. I have coloured Sophie with copic markers and added a little stickles to the edge of her dress. I have added lots of pink flowers, buttons and dewdrops. The sentiment is a glitter sticker.

Crafty Monkey's Challenge 21 - In the Garden

For our challenge this week over at Crafty Monkey's we would love to see your cards or projects Inspired by the Garden.

For my card today I have used this cute image from the High Hopes new release and also the High Hopes sentiment Hugs and hugs. My image is coloured with copics and I have added stickles for lots of sparkle. I liked the spotty brad flower centre which is like the flowers on my paper.

I will be sending my card to my Great Nanny who is in hospital. I hope she gets better soon.
